We are fully compliant and certified since December 2016 to the BSCI (Business for Social Compliance Initiative) Code of Conduct.

The BSCI was established by the Foreign Trade Association (FTA) with the aim to verify the management compliance with the requirements defined in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the BSCI code of conduct, international standards, in accordance with the applicable legislation and local regulations on corporate social responsibility performance. Most our foreign business partners require compliance with the BSCI Code of Conduct in the area of our social policy. They want to work with a reliable supplier that focuses on continuous improvement of the social performance. Such a requirement for us is the opportunity to promote our products in European markets, expand our customer base as many potential customers use the BSCI database to select suppliers.

The social audit itself conducted at Polesie was held within the framework of the international business social responsibility initiative. The audit was carried out by SGS.
